Please guide whether the attached Urine culture & sensitive test report is Okay or not? What is meaning of sensitive and resistive?

My Father had a laser surgery for stone removal 6 days ago , spinal Anesthesia was given...now everything is fine but he is having slight uncomfort in his neck from 5 days...pain or discomfort on localized area just neck... but the discomfort is only while he is sitting for more than 10 min...while sleeping & standing the uncomfort is not thr...doctor are telling take pain killers & liquid...no tingling or fever is present...this discomfort is only while sitting...he was having no cervical issue etc before surgery

My bp read by a doctor was 126/70 and the bp read by my home machine was 120/70 , 123/71 , and sometimes even lower like 116/70 ,117/70. I heard bp should be less than 120/80. But sometimes it's higher than 120/80 and sometimes lower than 120/80 . The bp machine I use is a new one . Is there any problem with bp machine . The doctor I visit said 126/70 to be normal . But internet says otherwise. What to do . Do I have hypertension? I recently took massive stress for about 5 months . Will I develop hypertension?

Test report is attached ! I have been in contact 6 years back My Hiv1/2 and 024 is non reactive and values is 0.239 And hiv 1/2 antibodies are negative Can u pls tell me it's is all okay

Dear Sir, I am taking high BP medicine since last ten years. Currently taking Arbitel AM(Telmirsatan/Amlodipine-40/5). My average bp range was 130/85 with medicine. But,  In summer my bp is in normal range 110/80. So, local Doctor suggest to take only Arbitel 40. Now, since one week my bp average reading coming 110/65. Due to this currently I am not taking medicine. Is any cause of concern in sudden fall of bp reading. Kindly suggest whether I have to take medicine or not.
