Hi
My mother is having headaches only on the right side.
It starts from neck majority of time and goes to ear and sometimes on top of ear it hurts like pin.
And pain above ear happens only when bp is above 160.
She recently started having this headache during the onset of her pre menopause. Previously, it wasn't there.

Her headache could be due to uncontrolled BP, cervical spine disorders or a vascular headache.Monitor her BP , consult with a physician in your area for a clinical examination and appropriate management.
