Doubt in Quality std of substitute meds

I am suffering from severe cold,cough and congestion.On consulting a doctor she said to have augmentin 625 and Sinarest but somebody from our Home bought Alkemox-CV 625 and Wikovax which have exactly same ingredient S but I am doubtful of their quality as there is reason why doc did'nt told these but the ones mentioned in start. My stomach is also upset After having these . Pls guide are these the right substitute
