I blood tested (cbc) in hospital where in my report everything was normal, but the platelet count is around 166000 dr said you might have dengue but im confused doc said its very high , but i searched on net its normal not high! im confused

Suffering in a bad condition

My TSH is elevated and even T4 as well

Severe ankle pain

Facing BP low issue
I have bp low problem yesterday I checked it was 57/84 around which is too low . I haven't seen my bp more than 70/ 100. My haemoglobin is 10.40

Skin-coloured bump forming on chest
I never had any bump or anything on my chest and around that area but suddenly bumps started to emerge on my chest and around it. I am a little concerned about it.
It would be helpful if you could confirm what it is.
