Hello,
I eaten the mango then after 1 hr I drank the sprit . After 3 hrs of drinking sprit I am felling like itching.

I've recovered from typhoid and dengue recently. I was infected twice within a span of 30-40 days.
I'm bodybuilding, and I'd like to supplement with creatine monohydrate. Is that safe ? Since people suggest me to avoid red meats for a while after recovering from dengue. Or is that a myth ? Any advise would be helpful. Thank you.
