Can we take one of these for anti malaria -Atovaquone/Proguanil (Malarone) - Doxycycline - Mefloquine

My PDW in cbc is showing 29 (normal upto 17) and MPV is 13.2 RDW is 15.1 (normal upto 14) What to do next Was facing pain in chest area today so conudcted the test. Did ecg which is normal I also have pain sometimes  in right abdoben. Have conducted ultrasound also which is normal other than fatty liver.

Getting fever and whole body getting shivering after taking paracetamo three times a day but l the after few hours getting same high fever and body gets cold...

I have done my vitamin B-12 test and the result showed 207pg/ml. Is it low? Should I start taking vitamin b-12 supplements and if yes then which? Also is this the cause of greying of my hair ?

My son is suffering from a high fever after taking the Flu vaccine today. Even after having two paracetamol 650 tablets also the temperature is not showing any signs of decay. Is this normal or any severe side effect. This was the second dose of the vaccine in the year 2023 he was administered with Flu Quadra vaccine then there are no side effects. Please suggest to me what to do

Hlo, doctor i was a lung tb patient it's been more than a year my treatment over. During treatment i was detected with heart murmur did two times echo everything comes normal that time, that time i had huge heart palpation, dizziness as well not able to walk the way i walked ealier before treatment. That time i saw bleeding in my nails as well splinter hemmorages and thought because of medicine. Its been one year i still not able to walk properly still feel dizziness heart palpation, bleeding on nails stopped but used to saw splinter hemmorages on my different nails. Also used to get red rahes in arms which comes and go, i am not well plz help what can i do for this

Is constant bp above 130/89 a sign of hypertension and do we need to start tablets for it. The day bp peak at 151/102 and low at 121/71.
