Flu

In year 2022 I was diagnosed with PCOD. Never took medication for it. Height 5.1 and weight 59 kg. Periods are scanty and lasts only for 1 day. When I was 15 or 16, I had my gallbladder removed for stones. I'm a teacher by profession. By the end of the day I am so exhausted that I do not have the energy to eat also. I'm sleepy most of the time. Extreme weakness and fatigue + I've having suicidal thoughts like if I'm sitting in a car , my mind is like what if I get into an accident and so on. Most of the times I have to snap myself back to reality and then I feel guilty for having these thoughts. Please guide me I want to healthy and have positive thoughts.

I am breastfeeding mother of 4 months baby. Can I take Baidyanath abhayarishta daily for hard stools as I am having fissure.

No cough or sore throat but having stretchy mucus of pale green color. Feels like congestion, difficult in breathing. Had Dcold Fresg for two days as was having body pain and sore throat. Not taking any medication now.

T3 and TSH are normal. T4 is 11.5(normal is upto 11). Does it require medication or can it be controlled naturally?

I had took vitamin d tablets for 14 weeks till now vitamin d3 60k one tablet once a week and doctor told to take more 4 tablets to take i am worried that taking more tablets of vitamin d cause kidney issue

Does bionova b12 tablet is good tablet to increase b12 levels? Please let me know if it is good tablet or not?

Sir 3 days back done excercise and after 2 days slight right side pain while pressing the stomach.no severe sharp pain . Done ultrasound abdomen today report shown 3 mm mid calyx kindly review and pls tell how to eliminate the pain .and can 3mm stone can be eliminated naturally
