I m scared that I swallowed small house lizard-- i keep my bottle on ground n it has no cap. A small lizard has been roaming in my room n bathroom since many days.. tonight when i drank water i felt as if i gulped something that struck my throat.. I immediately thought its that lizard.. after that i am having anxiety attacks- feeling acidity, hot etc Plz suggest what to do? Though it is unlikely that the small lizard could have crawled the ground and reached for my bottle.

Doctor from 7-10 days i am feeling something in my chest close to heart and pain i dont know how exactly explain but its very to feel like when we go on a ride at amusement park ride and the ride comes down from high that moment we feel something in chest like very light and also i took deep breathing while happening this and this is happens sometimes in a day and continue for some minutes or hours also.
