Wbc normal 4500 platlet shi tha thoda km bs or uske phle mujhe fever halka aata tha sir mai drd or weekness weight ght gya tha blood transfusion ke baad fever utar gya or ab blood bhi bhada hai platlet bhi wbc bhi or mujhe. Na hiv na hepetatis na thaidid thi doc iron ki bottel bhi chada kyuki mentzer index 154 or rbc 0.91 thi . B12 less than 83 kya ho skta hai plz btana.
