HIV cannot survive for long outside the human body and loses its ability to infect within minutes to hours. Transmission from blood on clothes after four days is not possible. HIV requires direct contact with fresh bodily fluids and an entry point into the body. Your fear is understandable, but this scenario does not pose any risk of HIV. For peace of mind and to address your anxiety, I recommend consulting a doctor for reassurance and a mental health professional, such as a psychologist or counselor, to help manage your fear effectively. Remember, you are not alone, and help is available.

As a specialist doctor: HIV cannot survive long outside the human body and is not transmitted through clothes, even if they come into contact with dried blood. It requires direct transmission routes like unprotected sexual contact, needle sharing, or significant blood-to-blood contact. Your fear seems disproportionate to the situation, and it might indicate health anxiety or phobia. For a detailed evaluation and personalized reassurance, I suggest consulting me directly. Feel free to connect with me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.

I understand your concern, but let me reassure you — HIV cannot be transmitted through clothes or dried blood. Clothes act as a barrier. Even if blood touched your clothes, it won't penetrate the skin or enter your bloodstream.
