Sir , I had urine infection in February 2024 ..urine culture showed klebsiella oxytoca ...used a course of antibiotics called Feropenum...it went away ...again this year June 2024 again I had burning sensation in urine undergone urine culture shows klebsiella pneumoniae...Doctor again prescribed me the same antibiotic ..will it work...Why this one is affecting me...What could be the possible reason...What should I do next ?

Are the patients suffering from ITP blood disorder with 1lakh platelets at a higher risk from Dengue Fever than other normal patients. I have heard hematologist from AIIMS saying that 1 lakh is the "new normal minimum limit"  which earlier was 1.5 lakhs with maximum limit at 4.5 lakhs. But I still feel that 1 lakh is still a case of ITP because when a patient with 3 lakh platelets on contracting dengue suffers low platelet count where his platelet count reaches to 20K then patients with ITP have no chance at all to survive, this is what I feel. Kindly share your valuable medical opinion concerning the same.

It showed metzner level 19.6. But as per other parameters, does this look like anaemia? I had sleep issues and fatigue eyes since past few days so decided to go ahead for a full body checkup. Interim report has come and it showed this. Please guide me. What to do next. 6 months back when i did cbc, rdw was 14.6 not it reduced to 14.00 though. Also, i have gut issues sometimes due to ibs.
