Good evening, I have tested for vitamin d . My current level is 27.9ng/ml after taking 2 dose of 60000IU once per week . How much level of vitamin d can increase after taking 60000IU . Should I take more vitamin d . Kindly advise me.

I was lying on my left arm, suddenly i felt wired pressure on my chest, after that i went to running and ran 600 mtrs. All my reports are okay, ecg echo tmt. Total cholesterol 154. I am feeling all day sleepy even after sleeping for 8 hours at night. I am preparing for exams and even being serious I am unable to stay awake. I feel like i haven't slept at night and constant vomit feeling. Straining red eyes and fatigue pushes me to sleep again. I cannot figure out whether I am being lazy or I lack in something.
