Hi, I have low iron storage ,I have been doing consultants and tried livogen syrup ,ferrous XT ,livozen z tab (currently taking this) but nothing is working ,serum ferritin test showing very low iron from last 3 years ,I need help . I also take green vegetables,dates etc in my daily meal before taking medicines ,my weight is increasing but no improvement in iron ,HB is between 11 -12 . Please give suggestions,should i go for iron injections?
