My grandmother fall down from bed 3 months back. Since then she was on bed rest due to pain in pelvic region. But now since she was on bed from 3 months she was not able to stand on her legs. She was diagnosed with typhoid 15 days back that is cured at present. But she has swelling in her legs and bed sores are there and skin is very thin and her total protein in 5.

I managed to quit smoking a few days ago, after multiple attempts. I wanted to get checked and evaluated by doctors but I've been fearing going to one, mainly because of judgement or I don't know it's just my mind. I've been experiencing symptoms of cough and tightness in my chest lately. Feels like my nose is stuffed so breathing is comparatively harder. Should I wait it out or just get checked out.

In the morning i underwent ecg, it showed st elevation, early repolarization. I remain anxious entire day and night regarding cardiac arrest, heart attack etc. In the evening i did ecg again and it was normal. I also did trop t and it was negative with 0.3 reading. My echo and tmt is normal. Just palpitations 2-3 in a days i have. Is everything okay and desirable considering cardiac point.

I have my vit d at 25. One of the doctor told to take 60k for 3 days consecutively and then followed by once a week for 6 weeks. Please tell me if it's fine to take for 3 days initially..??
