Good day doctor, Kindly suggest a multivitamin for daily use for a vegetarian. I have tried multivitamins before but left because it was causing acidity and gerd. Otherwise also I am prone to issue of repeated acidity  on and off .Please suggest a multivitamin which doesn't cause acidity.Do plant based multivitamins are effective as normal ones. Thanking you.

I am on vitamin D3 (Level 32) recently came across a research paper saying it's essential to have Vitamin K2 with D3 to avoid calcification of Coronary artery. Vitamin D3 can lead to Cardiovascular problems. Is it true? Should I add vitamin K2 as well? If yes how much? I am 34 Year old Male, 5'8" 76Kgs

Dear doc From past two days my BP is showing in the range if 140/ 90 or 140/100. I am taking checked per day 3 times but range is coming as mentioned above I am not taking any BP tablets but during my preg 7 years back doc suggested to take bp tablet after delivery they told to stop . I was sitting on sofa and studying. On the adjacent sofa, there were some washed handkerchiefs, socks kept. I felt an itch inside my nose and some mucous. I picked up one handkerchief and put it inside my nostrils to wipe my nostrils from inside. I later realised that sometimes rats in the house and also a chachunder (shrew) they often jump on the sofa and sometimes dirty it. Since the handkerchief was a bit damp, I am scared that if any saliva or urine was present on the handkerchief, can I get rabies infection or some disease? What do I do?
