Hi, I am 25 years old boy. I want to know if it is safe to take Tdap vaccination. I am pretty sure I have had a few tetanus injections in the past. Is it recommended to take vaccine for it? If yes, where should I get myself vaccinated? Where I can get internationally accepted Vaccination certificate and how can I know if that certificate will be valid in the first place.

My son is 6yre old and within last 3 months 4 tooth fall down..in that one came up...is it fine ..4,fall down???

Symptoms : Ankle sprain on right leg,Black patches on pain area ,leg feels heavy on walking and paining when walk.. On Saturday evening I sprained my ankle and right leg when trying to catch my daughter who was about to fall.. I felt severe pain when walking the stairs applied ice now swelling gone but pain and discomfort is still there.. took a cloth and tied above the ankle where it pains.. Also my right ankle already has broken ligaments from my childhood injury which doesn't heal now its swell and paining. it's paining a lot what to do ? Please advise

I was bitten by a mouse. So took first dose of rabipur injection. But the nurse gave the injection in shoulders of both my arms. Why didn't she gave the injection in a single arm ? Why she gave some amount of the injection in one arm and some amount in other arm ? Is it correct way to give injection? Also I am having slight head pain and yellow urine after the injection.  Also there was swelling at the injection site after the injection.

Please analyse my RFT blood report which I have attached, My bicarbonate level came 18.5 which is low according to the range prescribed and chloride level is 107 which is on high borderline what does it indicate? And my sodium level is 145 and the range prescribed is 136-145.. So kindly guide and explain me. Please see my blood report.. I am attaching it.

Every time I take head bath, I get headache. Mainly above eye brows. I have tried drying my hair quick and also used hair dryer. But nothing is helping. Any advice on this will be helpful. Thanks.
