Hi Today while walking on the road a broken piece of glass after piercing it through my slippers got into my foot which caused a very little amount of bleeding even less then a drop..it's paining a little..Should i take a tetanus's injection..I took the last single tt injection in the month of march 2024??please guide

My sgpt/sgot ratio is 3.83 however the recommended interval is <=1. I don't consume alcohol on a daily basis, probably only once a month. Is this high ratio a cause of concern?

On Sunday he had loose motion and BP reaches to 150 .Yesterday BP reading was 113/66 after taking medicine. Is this normal? Today BP reading is 122/79 without taking medicine. Should medicine be continued?

Hi sir last week i had 3 days mild fever pharyngitis red throat dr prescribed zifi cv 200 For five days After that I was fine no fever Now no fever temp is 98.6 97.5 96.8 98. I am feeling lethargic weakness not able to work feeling sleepy No taste in food dr. Adviced blood test Report attached Dr is saying now no need of antibiotics Plz suggest me what should I do should I take multivitamin

I get mouth ulcers if I  eat outside food for even two continuous days . What is the reason for this ,please help.

Persistent mild fever since 5 days.Started with tonsil pain but it resolved in 1 days with methylprednisone 8mg aceclofenac linezolid 600 and namcold fx.Stopped after pain relief in 1.5 day.But since last 3 days fever is persistent in range 99.2-5 with extreme cold and runny nose .Sneezing too.No tonsil pain now since 3 days .Using 650mg paracetamol now.Initially mentioned medicine was taken since I get frequent swollen tonsils with feverAnd last time I got ill senior doctor recommended same.Now there is no pain in tonsils from last 4 days.But excessive runny nose ,cold and mild persistent fever
