15 yo female took loratidine (allerclear 1 a day tablet) approx 14 hours earlier. As the allergic symptoms are still troubling (eyes reddish, itchiness in eye and nose, some nasal watering) can she take a cerrizine or Allegra tablet now? Will it be safe to take? It's been 14 hours since she took the allerclear tablet.

WBC count is 2.9 thousand/mm3. Platelet count is 118 thousand/mm3. Weight is 43 kgs. What does it indicate? Doctors said nothing to worry. This is normal. Please suggest.
