I have been having chest heaviness, burning in abdomen, body weakness, fast heart rate since 3-4 days... I had a normal ecg n was put on pantosec and ulgel but symptoms didnt improve. Then i went for echo- report attached. Plz suggest what to do further? Any addition of medicine? Past history- mild antral gastritis

Hello doctor Gender male Age 37 Weight 63 Height 171 I have full body pain and weakness in my muscles and very bad back pain for the past 1 year. So the doctor advised me to take a complete blood test, I took it in October 2023. All my reports came normal. But still I feel the same. Should I repeat the blood test ? What could be the reason? I eat vegetables and chicken. My weight is 63, BMI ideal. I also intake 2 liters of water. I have  abdomen pain for a long time. Took endoscopy came as RUT positive and gastric, the doctor gave medicine which didn't subside.

I completed my anti rabies vaccine on 3rd November 2023. Today on 10th may, I got bitten by my rescued kitten. Namastey Doctors From few days i feel i am not feeling well mentally,as i facing sudden anxiousness and uncontrollable thoughts. With this i have felt my head feels light and i am having dizzy feeling. But today while i was having a bath, i had suddenly felt loss of control from my body and my whole body felt light and i was like i will faint now but not happened. I am really concenered why is this thing happeneing to me. It was experienced 2nd time. Am i having some serious issue?
