I am suffering from a cough in the respiratory tract, the mucus and phlegm is constantly there for the last 2 months, tried various antibiotics like Azithromycin, anti allergic and expectorants but still it's not going completely. Some sound keeps coming while I breath in and out from the chest

AMBRODIL S 5 ml twice n 10ml at night for five to seven days.
Luckwarm water n liquid all day.
