Hi Doc My mother is 70+ years old. She living with diabetes, blood pressure, cataract and kidney damage 3 rd stage. Recently she did a blod test and got to know she is anaemic have low testosterone, calcium and B12. Have ATTACHED BLOOD TEST FILE . She is taking lot of medicines anyway due to her condition. She feels low mood as well during night. Do taking supplements is required to cure her deficiency or food options will be enough.
