Please read your report again. I didn't find anything written in the report except "normal".
I want to add one unsolicited advice, don't be mathematical when interpreting Medical reports.
The conclusion should be read carefully.
Your echo report is absolutely fine, you don't need to be concerned about the slight difference in the EF as anything between 50-70 is considered as normal.
Ejection fraction (EF) is a measurement of the heart's efficiency in pumping blood into the circulation. It represents the percentage of blood that is pumped out of the left ventricle (the main pumping chamber of the heart) with each heartbeat.
The correct range for ejection fraction is:
• Normal: 55-70% (some sources may consider 50-70% as normal)
• Mildly decreased: 45-54%
• Moderately decreased: 30-44%
• Severely decreased:
No need to panic at present.
Lab to lab the value may be differ.
3-5% error is there.
If you feeling any chest discomfort or Breathlesness or any symptoms please evaluated by your nearest physician.

2D echo is done to asses the structure and function of heart. Ejection fraction is a value measured by the Ultrasound machine which is a valuable indicator of heart health. Fluctuations are normal and they occur due to lot of factors including your activity during the day. The normal EF is 52% to 72% and your EF is well within that range.
Next Steps
there is no need to worry over 2-3% fluctuations in heart function.
for more information on heart health and your reports, consult a cardiologist.
Health Tips
2D echo scans, however informative they maybe, are not the complete out look on your overall health. kindly consult a GP for more detailed evaluation and over all health checkup.
I do not understand which doctor does an echocardiography without seeing a patient.
You should take proper consultation by the cardiologist rather just going for a check up.
