Pseudoephedrine Decongestant

I am plan on using the above for an upcoming flight to avoid Barosinusitus even though I have recently had Balloon Sinuplasty I plan to use this as a one off measure eg 60mg etc I am currently taking Fluoxetine and Propanolol Will this be ok as a one off approach to ensure sinuses are open?
