Dear Patient, Based on your height (6'2") and current weight (78 kg), your BMI is approximately 22.5, which is within the healthy range (18.5–24.9). Your diet and exercise regimen are commendable, but here are some additional points: 1. Dietary Recommendations: Continue incorporating a variety of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include a source of protein in every meal (paneer, tofu, eggs, chicken, fish, or legumes). Limit sugary beverages and processed foods. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the day. 2. Exercise Balance: Running 8 km and gyming twice daily may lead to overtraining. Ensure adequate rest and recovery to prevent injuries and improve performance. Incorporate strength training, stretching, and flexibility exercises to support overall fitness. 3. Health Maintenance: Regularly monitor heart health, liver, kidney, and lung function. Annual checkups and tests like lipid profiles, liver/kidney function tests, and lung capacity tests are advisable. Your weight is optimal for your height, but the focus should be on maintaining overall health rather than losing more weight unnecessarily. For personalized guidance, feel free to consult me directly on WhatsApp. Contact: Eight-Zero-Zero-Nine-Eight-Two-One-Three-Three-Two. Best regards

As per your height you should not loose more weight now .As the weight range for the height mentioned is 77.5 to 94.8 kg .
Next Steps
1.Make sure you have enough protein which is .8 gm/kg to 1 gm / kg for your weight it is 75-80 gm a day . 2.Have enough fibre which is again in the range of 75-80 gm a day. 3.keep yourself hydrated 4.Give enough rest so that your body can recover
