Hi, I got vaccinated against rabies, 3.5 months back with 4 doses of ARV from a goverment hospital, Now a stray dog has scratched me, do I need to take vaccine again ? And also is there any chance that the vaccine in govt. Hospitals are less effective or not genuine, please throw light doctors !!!🙏🙏 (I am anxious about this)

I am having burning sensation while urinating since past 1 month. Urine report shows oxalate crystals, 2-4 wbc, 1-2 epithelial cells. I did some tests yesterday. Cbc report shows very low wbc count at 2980. High mcv and pdw. I am also having gas bloating and other indigestion problems since last 1 month. Please advise.

When I was sleeping , a rat came on right hand, i senced something was there on my right hand..i woke up ,then the rat ran away. But it scratched a little. So I went took a tt and rabies virus injection. Now my consern is should I get another shot of rabies vaccine? As it takes 7 to 14 days of time to produce antibodies . My head feels heavy when I turn around. The left eye brow blinks sometimes. When I clean my ear, the head feels heavy after that. I cannot focus properly on moving objects.

I just delivered my baby boy 23 days ago and since last week I am feeling pain while passing stool. No bleeding and no tight stool. There is a small lump outside the anus. I tried anobliss cream but nothing happened. I am breastfeeding mother. What should I do ?

My wife is suffering from anus pain while go to fresh. And it's pain lot like needle pain from all around anus lining. And even 1-2 hours  after stool it pains. It pains most of time. Suggest medicine tube or remedy. And second problem from last 7-8 days her stomach hurts before stool. And guest 4-5 times due to stomachache and stomach pain remove passing stools and anus pain goes on. Her stool is normal . Pls guide further. She is not overweight just bresast feeding her 7 month baby.
