Fever since June 25th 3pm afternoon

Eye redness and itchiness after head bum
I got a bad head bump day before yesterday at the left temporal area above the earliest. Today the same side eye is extremely itchy and an bit painful.. it is red as well. CT scan is normal done on the same day as head bump. I'm currently on Pyregesic 1000 as prescribed by ER that day..
