Hypothyroidism is characterized by a deficiency of thyroid hormones, requiring external supplementation tailored to individual needs. Thus the medicine being given is actually just a natural hormone. Dosage is different for everyone and too little raises TSH levels, while too much lowers them. Dosage may need adjustments over time due to age or health changes. If TSH, T3, and T4 levels are stable within the normal range, it's best to maintain the current dose to ensure hormonal balance.
Next Steps
As per your TSH levels and T3 and T4 claimed to be normal by you, continue the same dosage you're taking. Consult for further assistance.
