Flu

1) Pain in neck, head and around/behind eyes: Once/twice in month, simultaneous pain starts in neck, head and around/behind eyes. It's like everything above neck in pain. It's happening for long time, 5+ years. Applying hot water gives immediate relief.  Consulted AIIMS, Delhi, Orthopedic dept. They suggested some time exercises and provided vitamins tablet (D, Gemcal plus). This course changed pain frequency from every second-third day to only once or twice a month. Because of Covid, couldn't consultant any further. 2) Pain in joints. Couldn't walk much because of this. Happening for 5+ years. 3) Hot flushes. Happening for 5+ years. Previously consulted Cardiologist for a mild AR valve leakage. But Later discovered it's because of Manopause, not because of AR valve. Taking Black Cohosh daily basis, but not seeing much benefits.

I never had cholesterol . I had numbness in my hands when I sleep so I thought to take test, and my report say the Total.cholestrol is 214 LDL is 145 Rest all is normal Do I need to go for medication? And if i take medicines how long should i continue.

Dear Doctor Kindly list the test / examinations to take for Annual health check up. I do not have any ailments or disease currently , except finished taking a prescribed course of tablets for herpes zoster ( on back shoulder) Is there any test to confirm/ detect presence of herpes zoster organism currently ( residual traces)  in our body ??

I had my last period on 2nd Dec till 7th Dec 2020. Now I got them on 30th December it's not even 28days yet. This is happening from past 6 to 7 months what to do?

Dear Doctor, I had GERD for which I'm taking treatment. At the same time my vitamin B12 was 92. So doctor suggested for b13 injection , 1st month weekly once, and from 2nd month every 30 days for 6 months. I use to feel weakness and dezzyness before the start of treatment after 1 month i was feeling better now the monthly injection had started and i have taken only the 1st monthly dose...now some times feels like dezzyness and weakness. How long does it take to correct the deficiency ? Thank u.

Last cycle I had bad pain during ovulation after trigger shot but this cycle I don't have any pain even after trigger shot . Is it I am not ovulating or body is used to trigger shot.

24 days back my uric acid level is 9.From that day I started taking uric acid febucast 40mg 1 per day continuously till today.50 per I managed diet to not take proteins.Today again I checked my uric acid levels.Now it is 3.9. ls that possible to have a drastic difference in just 1 month?

Earlier I was a regular smoker but now not a regular smoker but smokes 4-5 cigarette  in a month? But nowadays even I take a puff of cigarettes my blood pressure suddenly increases to (180/140) and I feel like some current sort of thing running all over my body chest and heart, and it freaks me out, this also happen if I drink even a half beer can, I had my ecg echo done and it's normal, don't know why it is happening.
