Half of the time in the day,  My hand and feet remain quite warm with uneasy feeling but no fever in thermometer. My sugar is normal, suffer from hyper tension. I had face a strange problem tonight, tonight when i wake up for washroom i felt too much weakness i can't even able to stand and too much sweating started on my face but after some time everything again became normal. I didn't experience this situation in past. Is it normal or i should be careful about it. What are the possible causes of it.

Sometimes i am getting a sudden itching(starting with pin picking sensation all over the body then it will itch). Happened before many times when i go out to sunlight(but it had stopped in between). Now after working out at home, no sunlight, that happened again. Also, my arms/neck/chest area gets reddish sometimes and starts itching(usually with a single white bump appearing at that place). Also in my forehead there was some redness today. Please help me why it is happening. I was on shelcal xt before but even before that this was happening. Please help me and if required I'm ready to undergo test. Also sometimes i feel nauseous as well.
