I just completed my covid isolation . Sometimes a day I feel itchy Throat or inside chest Itching.. I just observed, when I had orange, feel more itchy Throat.. Plz suggest what to do?

Hello doctor I want to know is it possible weight lose 10 kg only from tracnil because she is taking tracnil everyday from last 2 months without any exercise she lost approx 10kg weight and her appetite is very low in past 2 months ago she was eaten 6 chapati but now she is eating only 1 or 1 and half in a day. She was diagnosed with PCOD, Thyroid 8 years ago. Her blood test is absolutely normal except vitamin D. Is this normal or I need to take any action. One important thing her behaviour is totally changed from happiness to sadness. She is not talking or laughing nothing. Please let me know what I do. Is it required USG of abdomen . If yes so will you please prescribe USG .

My father is having electrolyte imbalance from last one month and his sodium level varies between 115-129. He was admitted in hospital for 15 days and was given 3% NS for the same. Today when we tested it again was at 115 mg/dl and potassium above 5.5. Is it something serious? The doctor asked to increase salt in food and it can be restored by proper diet.
