I was having slight discomfort just below the area where the rib cage joins. There was a little pain when pressed in that area. But now from 2-3 days I am having constant pain in the same region. I got the blood tests done and liver profile was all high. In ultrasound the result was fatty live grade 2 with size borderline high.

Hi took hrct it says minimal bilateral plueral effusion and air space opacities noted in posterior nasal segments of bilateral lower lobes -infective etiology corads 2.... This means iam having pneumonitis???will it be cured ?as of now I have heaviness in chest and chest pain when I bend down .I took azee 500 for this .anything else to be done anything serious or nothing to worry?
