Can i get medical for seeking leave from my job ? I have sore throat, mild fever and blocked nose. I have body pain as well. Please guide.

Is a platelet count of 4.57 lakhs cause of worry? Mine has stayed in range of 4 lakhs to 4.7 lakhs since 3 years... highest was 5 lakhs in June 2018 and lowest was 3.2 lakhs in May 2020 I have been told unless it's above 6 lakhs nothin to worry.. But I have chest pain n fatigue... worried that platelets will cause heart issues n clotting issues...

From past a week am having a headache one sided (right side) I feel the pain starting from the neck and head joint and continues to the head in a circular manner and sometimes in forehead and back of right eye. When I take pain killers like crocin pain relief or saridon I feel better and again next day pain starts again. Please suggest me some medications or let me know what to do.

Today is the forth day I am suffering from pain at the right side of my face( brow bone, nasal bone, upper and lower teeth and head) I've normal cold since 10 days. I am not having fever  but on 21 december my heads feel hot by touching so i measure my fever which is around 99 around 6 pm in eveing but at night it automatically reduce to 98 without paracetamol . After that regularly i checked my fever which is lower is morning but someday it shows 98 .8 or 99 in eving but at night time it gets back to 98 or 98.5 . I have not take any paracetamol in these days to lower my fever But i observerd when i drink around 1 to 1& a half liter water my temperature increases & when i drink more water it remains below normal Other symptoms which i feel in this period is gas in stomach which sometime cause tightness in stomach & headace somtime maybe due to excessive gas
