Pain in left back shoulder & hand joint
I am getting some sort of pain in left back shoulder and near shoulder blade which comes and goes. Also sometimes in left hand joints. Rarely getting mild left chest pain too. Done my ECG as baseline verification and the result is normal. Also contacted physician he gave me 2 tablets for 5 days while taking tablets everything was fine now after one week of stopping that again pain started. What should it be? I'm getting worried.

Hello , I understand your query. The resurgence of the pain can be because of ongoing ischaemia ,or it could be plain gastritis . They need to be differentiated. And also do you have any habits such as smoking ... kindly consult online for a detailed history and appropriate treatment ,asap. Will be happy to help. regards Dr EMMANUEL MJ MD
