I have vitamin d and b12 deficiency... Can I take vitamins through iv for speedy recovery.. I m feeling fatigue and lathergy

Hi, my Eosinophils level is 11%. The doctor suggested CBC bcs my Vitamin D3 & Iron levels are low (Iron Studies 20mgdl, TIBC 76mgdl & D3 6.22 mgdl). I'm facing breathing issues and sometimes palpitation but my ecg is normal. Can this be because of the low iron levels?

Hello doctors , I have a history of kidney stones(From 2014) and obese (weight 106kg)i had fatty liver diagnosed also during a ultrasound In 2014. i will be having another ultrasound in few days .I had a general blood work done recently and reports are attached All these were the reading Low vitamin D -17.7 Low Vitamin B12- 181 High TSH -5.8  T3 T4 normal High globulin - 4.5 Low Albumin- 4.4 unconjugated Bilirubin- 1.17 SGPT- 56 BUN -5.61 , Creatinine -0.6 other kft is normal Non Hdl cholesterol -161 Hdl -31 Triglycerides normal ESR-63 Total WBC - 10900 Absolute lymphocytes increased Hemoglobin - 15.8, Slight high MCH and MCHC Transferrin Saturation - 46.7% Urine routine - Normal all parameters My Query - what is the main issue as searching for high globulin has made me worried . And what should be the further course of action which doctor to meet or lossing weight will help control all these things

I was treated for typhoid recently after having mild fever for 2.5 months. Done with my antibiotics course. Still I have burning sensation in feet, sometimes palms, stomach, private parts. I was tested for sugar, thyroid. Both were negative.
