Myself Manasa 30 yrs old and I have a pcod issue. I used to get the periods once I take the medicine but from last 6 to 9 months I am getting the periods for every 2 months without any medicine..and it is due to the change in diet and exercise. But for this month I got the periods 14 days back and hut still the bleeding is not yet stopped. I took pause 500mg for 3 days but it's not stopping yet and also I m having stomach pain too. So can anyone give some suggestions for this..

My periods are delayed by 4 days and sometimes I have thick white discharge which is of no odour is that normal

Dear sir/madam My chest ( left ) is twitching from 5-6 days for 5-8 sec many times in day no pain..also twitching in leg vain . Should I worry about this..what is this why this is happening

Can I use western toilets in trains (western railways) by sanitising it with surface disinfectant like lifebuoy or savlon? Or should we be using a toilet spray specifically. Till now I have been avoiding western toilet in train & been using indian toilet. But it's uncomfortable cz of fast moving train & no habit.

Hi I am 23 yrs old male and last two days I over stretched myself in gym & I am experiencing mild pain at the bottom of scrotum especially when I touch the bottom of scrotum and made an ultrasound of scrotum to check whether there is torsion or epididymis infection but everything is fine. But the reason for the pain is unknown.please help me regarding the same thanks..
