Flu

I always gain weight when I am suffering from cold and flu. Is it natural to gain weight when having cold and flue? Even I am maintaining my diet also still gaining weight. Please explain.

My fathers age is 79. He is suffering from fever last 7 days.fever is below 100. Suddenly sodium fall 20 points in 7 days.now rises 10 points after giving nose saline 8 bottle. Have tremor in hand and body. Very weak unable to sit. What is the reason and what should I do.
