Good afternoon, My height is 163 cm. My body isn't muscular.      What's the ideal weight for me?

I sometimes have sharp back pain on right side just below right shoulder and chest pain in centre and right which radiates through back. It is also accompanied by tightness in throat and mild teeth pain only on right side. It is happening one or twice in a month since last 5-6 months. It doesn't necessarily comes with heartburn or after food. Although it makes me anxious and result is acid reflux. It comes in interval. I do regular exercise everyday and also walk atleast 30 mins everyday after dinner. I have also measured SpO2 level and bpm when episode comes. It is normal. Although my bpm is always slightly on high level around 100 bpm. Is it concerning? What should I do for it?

She is continuing with yearly shot of flu vaccine 1) Can Prevnar 13 be given to her. 2) What else modern available vaccination be considered for her 3) Whether there are any vaccine for prevention of breast cancer and other common prone cancer.
