Sir /Madam I want to ask a question that due to Ankylosing Spondylitis my ESR is 39 and CRP is 55 . It has been consistent since last 1.5 years. I usually faint really quickly due to sudden pain or injury. I once stubbed my toe and had a proper blackout where I felt dizzy and lost consciousness for a few minutes. That or I once was feeling unwell and got up suddenly to leave and fainted. I am perfectly fine after that but I am still worried. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I am a MDR TB patient and my treatment is going through RNTCP or NTEP Govt. program due to covid 19 no rntcp doctors available so I'm here for help, so it's been more than 15 months of my mdr tb treatment and 9 months more to go, recently my nausea has increased after having mdr tb pills and today I vomited after having all of my mdr tb pills and most of the pills spilled away in vomiting, vomiting occurred 25 minutes after having mdr tb pills, Now I'm afraid that a day of my treatment has spoiled and I'm afraid it could happen again, My question is will that affect my treatment, will my treatment will elongate after this, after vomiting I've no tendency left to have the pills again, please help what to do.

Recently i did the ige serum test, it came upto be around 410. I did cbc, stool and urine test all normal, as a matter of fact, i have tinnitus which i feel is caused dur to this allergy(as i have visited almost 10 ents and no results were found, even after mri). So, i am having the issues of skin redness and itching, solar urticaria, also sometimes randomly it will itch and all over the body. And sometimes there's tinnitus spike, after which i fee weird sensations all over my upper body, is it because of that? And also sometimes, my head scalp starts tingling out of nothing. Please help me, how to find out to what I'm allergic exactly and are the above symptoms linked to allergy?

Sir I just had a cut from a steel screw driver in my left hand..the screw driver was not dirty or rusty either. although it did not bleed much but the cut is bit deep.. I had taken last tetanus injection in august 2019 and before that in February 2019 and then in august 2018.. i am not sure of my childhood tetanus vaccination. Do i need to take tetanus injection for this ? and if yes, then whithin how long i need to take the injection ? Thanks
