Regarding fever since 2-3 months

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My father is 75 years old. He is having fever since 3-4 months. In evening it goes to 100.4 and took all antibiotic medicine. But no relief. We hv done almost all tests and reports are normal. His weight has also reduced. Pls suggest me what to do as we are very tensed. Kindly help. M from Ludhiana
