I have been experiencing prolonged dry cough without any other cold symptoms. The frequency varies and at times it appears to be cured. I tried suppressant also but to no avail. Plz help

Hi Doctor, I am having variations in RBC from past 3 to 4 years and it varies from 3.3 to 3.9 (4.5 -6.5 normal)  and Hb is always 14-16 and always in limit. History- Had chicken pox in 2016 and some Cervical lymph nodes came and FNAC - Reactive nodes Usg & Mri showed normal and been to oncologists and they told me the 3 to 4 nodes are not significant. Have also done smear & LDH and  were normal. had a blood in urine in 2019 Nov and usg ,xray & kidney related blood tests were normal.They found citrobacter ferundi bacteria was causing me the issues and after medications everything got recovered .Google-Citrobacter occurs in people those who are having cancer and I asked my nephrologist and he assured me there is nothing like that. Now again did a blood test Hb is 13.6 & RBC - 3.35 and saw Physician and he told me to B12 results was 56 which is less and serum Feratin is fine. He suggested injection for a week + folic tablet 30 days.impure veg.Is there anything to worry looking my history?

I recovered from Covid a month ago and now I got flu. It feels like a very severe infection in the chest. I took Azithromycin and other paracetamol tablet as directed ny the doctor. And Its day 4 and I still feel this severe chest infection. Will it be more severe because I had Covid? Should I get a flu shot? I haven't had fever or a runny nose. The infection started in my nose and went to the throat.

I'm suffering from left below chest pain since 2 mnths and I have consult cardiologist and all the reports like ECG, 2d Eaco, TMT and Angiogram, all are normal no issues but some times I'm still getting the same pain, not sure what is the issue and I have no BP and Sugar. One of the doctor said it is muscle pain due to vitamin D deficiency but I have gone through that test also but there is no vitamin D deficiency, I'm regularly doing some work out also, Could you please help on this and guide me to consult any doctor.

Today, my 3 year old labrador bit me on my hand. The wound is really shallow but it bled. I quickly washed the wound with soap. Now it has stopped bleeding. I had my last tetnus booster in 2018 and my dog had his last ARV in 2019. I'm a bit worried that do i need a tetnus or rabies shot? Please help!
