How much dose of evion capsules is recommended ? And for how many days for a normal person without any concerns..

My mother is 50. She is not able to sleep at night. She feels like sleeping but says she cannot. She had this problem earlier also but then her sleep became normal on its own. She feels tired and says she wants to sleep but cannot.
