Hello , Recently i am facing excessive hair fall issue , loos of appetite. Regularly i am following the healthy diet ( less oil , less spicy) ,and frequent jogging. Still the problem exists. I have also gained weight recently. Can anyone suggest me what needs to be done?

I have a runny nose and little phlem coming. No fever no weakness. Taking steam twice a day and hot water gargle. .  What should i take . Any strong medicine.. ?

My typhoid IgG is negative and typhoid IgM is positive and I am sure I can't be positive for Typhoid. Does that mean I am positive for Covid ? Symptoms: my body hurts down from belly button to feet. No fever

Hello Doctor, Today while walking at home, I stepped into a broken glass and my left foot got injured. I covered the infected area by Savlon and Turmeric powder. Then,I also took tetanus injection after 3 hours. However, I am not sure should I also need to take medicines. Please advise.

The patient had fever for 2 days. She was getting severe chills. On taking Sinarest and crocin, fever is now mild. However it was accompanied by headache and soar throat. These 2 problems still persist. There is no cough or cold. She had travelled to another state in india for 6 days this week, and back at home. Is there a chance of Covid or these are symptoms of regular fever and headache? Kindly help, thanks.
