Last night my father had an argument. He was very tensed. We checked his bp, it was around 190/86 . Atleast we got the idea of hypertension , he felt uneasy and was not able to speak properly for sometime. Immediately he took bp control medicine which brought his bp down. My father has been having bp problem whenever he is in tense. His age is 64. Kindly suggest daily eating habits that could control his bp.

My dad is currently having loose watery stool for more than a week. We had visited a doctor and he prescribed Rabimor 20 and Ambizyme but things don't look better at all. He has a feeling of vomit sometimes. Seems like he is having Diarrhea. It all started after he had Water extract from Betal leaf for 2 consecutive days. What should I do anyone any help or suggestions?
