I have pain in lower right ribs which occurs frequently. Also problem for lifting weight. Duration is more than 1 year. Please guide. If i need to see any specialist then which one?

This seems like a muscular pain. This can be due to improper movement while lifting heavy weights.
Kindly take complete rest from weight lifting for 3 months and then start with lower weights while maintaining proper form and shape.
