There is pain below left ribs...sometimes sharp...but constantly happening...when there is strech in hips or lower back...then also it aggravates...sometimes after washroom...it starts...what could it be?? And how to cure??

It could be due to muscle sprain/spasm you should take tab neucoxia mr_od (3days) and tab pan 40 (od bbf)for 3 days

Avoid lifting weight or carrying weight on affected left side
Consult orthopedic department for further evalution
Seems like muscle pain. Take tab flexon m.r one every 8hours for 4 days, after meals.
Get x ray chest done to exclude any underlying problem and share results.
