Hi Doctors, Wishing you all a very happy New year I have Posted the same question few hours back but few details were missing My RBC count is always varies from 3.4 to 3.9( since 3years) and HB is always normal only. I have done a smear test 2 yrs before and it was normal at that time. Yesterday I have repeated my blood test and found both HB & RBC is low. I have also repeated my peripheral blood smear test yesterday and it was showing - macrocytic blood picture in blood smear. Yesterday's Reports attached FYR. Is this related anemia or anything major? Google is showing me lots of scary things I humbly request you suggest me the next step ..Pls.. Kindly help.
