Fatigue and joint pain after fever
I had a common cold with mild headache and severe sneezing, running nose 7 days back..since I started having mild fever next day I got an rtpcr test for Covid which was negative and then continued with flu related medicines... however my fever was neither decreasing nor increasing though cold symptoms reduced... but by 4th day I start having severe fatigue and physician prescribed taxim o antibiotics ...still after 7 days I can't get up from bed ...even CBC counts all are normal and doctor said it suggests viral fever... platelets count on day 5 is 2.6 lakhs.. checked blood sugar bp and oxygen.. everything perfectly normal... today on day 8 I'm still very tired , slight join pain and feverish feeling...what to do...

Viral fever usually does stay for a week or more. And in viral fever you will have the symptoms that you suggested. Please hydrate yourself better. Have more of tender coconut water, ORS. Increase your fruit intake too. Have multivitamin tablets, you can take Tab. A to Z once a day.
