Hi,
Cozy plus also contain paracetamol so avoid taking both together.
Drink plenty of fluids.. continue paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
Depending on cough whether it's dry or with sputum you may need medication for that.
It Seems a viral fever..if it persists, get it investigated.
