-Tab. Cetirine 5 mg (morning and evening) for 3-5 days -Tab. Paracetamol 500 mg (morning and evening) for 3-5 days -Any multivitamin multimineral combination tablet, eg. Tab. Supradyn Daily, once a day for 5 days -Drink plenty of water (at least 2 lit/day)

Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days. Do steam inhalation with karvol capsule, 2 to 3 times daily.
