A dog in my area was bitten by another rabbid dog who passed away yesterday. I regularly feed and take care of the stray dogs. So the wounded dog just licked my hand yesterdag at night he is not showing any signs of rabbies now Do i need to get vaccinated?

I got my thyroid when I was 15, now it's been 15 yrs I am having thyroid but always in  borderline. In between these many years I missed out my medication(thyrox 25) for months. 2018 whole Yr i didn't take medication. Again 2019 I checked with Dr and did my blood test and it was border line high. Again they gave me thyrox 25 and  I started. 2019 end I shifted to abroad. So here in my place I  got eutirox 25. I was taking. Suddenly from last 2 months I didn't take medication. Here from last 1 Yr I didn't do my thyroid test. Tell me what I should do? Shall I continue the medication (eutirox  25)? Will there will be any side effects? Please help me. TIA.

And given treatment of tablets like Zinc 20mg Multivitamin Calcium d3 And paracetamol Rantac Asytromycin Levocet Now am at home .. so pls tell any extra tips and pls I need positive feedback whether I recover with this tablets or pls advice any extra tablet any .. And pls tell at what time I can take this tablets for fast cure any .. The thing is I loss my smell completely just taste was little started great like 20% but smell is 90% I loss when can I recover with smell pls tell .. thanks lot ..
