Is it required to wash hand twice or thrice with soap when we come from outside ? Or washing Once for 20 seconds is enough??

Is Cephalexin safe during breastfeeding ( 7 days post partum)? If yes please let me the dosage. Thank you

It's been a month m facing a problem I have consults many doctors aslo but didnt find the result l have discomfort of feeling below breast area some kind of tightness pressure force of squeezing and also pain in breast underarm difficulty in breathing apart of this I feel something stuck on my neck I feel like mucus is dried under throat and back of nose water retriguate I feel like pin is inside neck burping in early morning inside neck only air passes downward of neck doctor says its erosive gastric m taking medicines also but no relief I have changed all food habit aslo please help me suggest me a physician whom should I consult with help me

For past two to three days I'm having this quivering sensation or trembling feeling in the left iliac region. It started prior to the onset of menses. And with ongoing menses also I have this sensation which is quite bothering. All my blood tests are WNL. It's not associated with nausea, vomiting , pain , tenderness! I have never experienced this kind of sensation before!
