Hi, attached is my CT scan report. Pls advise if serious and should I get pcr test done ? Also should I get admitted immediately?

Suffering from loose motion. After having medicine it will feeling fine but when I'm having any food it start again.

I am suffering from cold(sardi) and runny nose last 4 days can i take antibiotic anglomox cv 625 tablet twice a day

My body has coughing body since past More than 10 years like some days there is wet cough and some days there is nothing. I have sinus issue. One month ago I had very bad sinus block causing extreme headache which has been treated and solved in one week. But my phelgum has increased sometime it is brown color and sometimes it's clear color. I don't have any throat pain or fever or weight loss. Why phelgum issue is there for last 10years. Shown it physicians many times but they prescribed cough syrup which treats phelgum for some days.

My left lungs pains when I take deep breath . Little pain in my left lungs and right lungs is ok but I face some problem in left lungs . Please suggest why it is so .

Dear doctor Kindly support urgently She is having fever, vomitting, potty continous shivering and she had outside food today after very long time
