Twiches inside the fingers
I am having twitches in my left palm and fingers since last month.It's increasing when I am asleep at night.I have seen doctors about this and I have taken prescribed nervous medicines but it did not work.I have done cardiological tests and everything is okay.what should I do and which sector of doctor I should consult with?
