If someone had TB earlier (some 15 years back), will Mantoux test show false positive result at present?

I dont feel anything while I am asleep.. der is no problem.. but when i am awake i feel shortness of breath.. after breathing normally for sometimes I want to take a deep breath and sometimes that is also not satisfactory. My oxygen saturation varies between 96 to 99. What can it be ??? I have no other issues.

I am 29year male... Taking high bp medicine from last 3year its under control. But when i am lying after taking meal in the afternoon i feel rapid heart beat in the chest. I can not sleep... This is only in afternoon not in night... And i feel that from last 1year.

From last 3-4 days my Hand palm are turning yellowish. Only hand palms, all other parts of the body are normal. Not getting whats the problem is. Can some help.
